The Company group is composed of the Company and one subsidiary. Under the Company mission to “use entertainment content to bring a little fun into everyday life all across the world,” we have developed the mobile game platform “mobcast” while engaging in the development and distribution of native app games.

- “mobcast” is a platform to distribute mobile content. By becoming a member of ‘mobcast,’ not only can users enjoy playing a variety of games, but they can communicate and exchange information amongst themselves by using the social media features, allowing for a deeper mutual understanding through a new form of community.
・About Our Browser Games
We plan, develop, and manage the games offered on “mobcast.”
We have developed the professional baseball game “mobapro,” the soccer game “mobasoccer,” and the horseracing game “mobaDerby.” In joint development with Tecmo Koei Games Co., Ltd., we have developed the historical role-playing game “Moba-Nobu -Nobunaga’s Ambition-”.
In November 2012, we implemented the “open system” which allowed third-party developers to place their content on our platform.
・About Our Native App Games
Our native app game “Dragon Spin Z” is currently distributed through the App Store and Google Play.
2. Features and Strengths

- The Company group is striving to develop a social service on its own platform that it currently operates. In comparison to operating on platforms developed by other companies, the advantages are a higher profit rate, the ability to obtain detailed analysis values in real time, and to freely control advertisement.
- ・Game Development
- Within the Company group’s development team, there is a large number of personnel who have developed games both on consoles and mobile devices.
- We are utilizing their experience and know-how for the development of our own browser and native app games, allowing for the creation of high-quality content.
3. About Revenue Structure
The revenue for the Company group’s mobile game platform is constructed primarily of (1) paid service revenues (2) platform fees (3) media advertising revenues.
- ・Paid Service Revenues
- The basic services provided by the Company group are made available free of charge. However, in order to meet the demands of our members who wish to access a portion of our products within “mobcast,” acquire select information, take advantage of our highly convenient services, and purchase in-app items, we offer a portion of our features as paid services. In addition to this, we distribute native app games through the App Store and Google Play in which we offer some of the in-game features as paid services.
- ・Platform Fees
- In November 2012, the Company group opened our “mobcast” platform, allowing third-party developers to place their content on our platform.
- As a result, we now receive a platform fee from third-party developers for the use of our platform.
- ・Media Advertising Revenues
- The Company group has positioned “mobcast” as an advertising medium, selling online advertisement through ad agencies, media representatives, and ad networks. Currently, we sell banner ads that link to advertisers’ websites, affiliate ads, and tie-up ads where ads for both parties are placed on mobile games as a joint campaign.
